Registration deadline: October 7th.
(after the deadline the registration is still possible, but we cannot guarantee the accomodation in the same hotel)

Registration fee: 1250 EUR

The registration process in brief:

Select your payment method, billing address, eating preferences, and potential poster printing.
After the registration is over, you receive the confirmation note and the registration confirmation e-mail arrives soon. (Check your spam and promotions folder if the email was moved there.)
In the email there is a button/link "PROFORMA INVOICE / INVOICE", depending on the payment method that was selected during registration.
By clicking that button, you can download either invoice or proforma invoice (and check its content).
If the selected method of payment was proforma invoice, you are asked to pay the proforma invoice within the deadline.
After the payment is over (in case of credit card immediately, and in case of bank transfer in a couple of days) new email arrives, that confirms the payment and gives you a unique attendance code, to be shown at the registration desk.

Welcome reception on Monday evening
Full day event (morning and afternoon) on Tuesday and Wednesday, and morning part of the meeting on Thursday
3 lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
5 coffee breaks (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
Social event (dinner) on Wednesday evening

Cancelation policy:

Cancellations until 10th October are free of charge.
Cancellations from 10th October until 28th October will be charged EUR 350.00 including VAT
Cancellations from 28th Octoberr will be charged EUR 800.00 including VAT
Changing the name of the guest up to 4th November is free.

By Plane

Nearest airport Jože Pučnik Airport is located 30km from Ljubljana. Recommended way to get to Ljubljana is by shuttle (10-12€), but there are also other options like bus, taxi (30-40€) or rent-a-car. All the information is available here.

Public transport

If you wish to make us of city bus, you need to purchase the Urbana public transport card – purchase of the ticket on the bus is not possible! The Urbana card is available from LPP ticket office at the main bus station, tourist information centres, most of city's newspaper kiosks and post offices and also at the green Urbanomat ticket machines located across the city, mostly next to the bus stops (the machines accept both cash and credit cards). The card costs 2,00€ and can store up to 50€ of credit to be spent on city bus fares. The card can be topped up with cash at all the above-mentioned sales points. 90 minutes long ride costs 1.30€.
