The Slovenian Artificial Intelligence Factory represents a national infrastructure designed to support the development, testing, and deployment of AI solutions across industry, the public sector, and scientific research. It unifies computational resources, data assets, specialized models, and expert knowledge to accelerate innovation and enable efficient transfer of research成果 into practical applications. The platform is intended for companies, research institutions, and decision-makers seeking to implement AI technologies in a safe, transparent, and effective manner. By promoting responsible AI development aligned with European regulations, it strengthens digital sovereignty and enhances Slovenia’s strategic position within the broader European AI ecosystem.

We will contribute to the development of services for food and nutrition science within one dedicated vertical training stream. Our involvement includes delivering training activities through workshops and hands-on sessions, as well as supporting dissemination efforts to promote the results, methods, and impact of these activities.
