Judging computational creativity is not a simple task. In order to assess if something behaved creatively first we need a formal and precise definition of the meaning of creativity in the certain area. The next thing would be formalized criteria whose application rates the level of creativity. In the area of computer creativity there is not a lot of work on this topic. The first framework for computational creativity assessment is very well backed up by all the previous and following research in the area of computer creativity and it has been proven on many examples. In this paper an overview of the proposed framework for assessing the creativity of a computer program and a few points on the overall task for creativity assessment are presented.
